Leona Lewis’s conquest of the southern hemisphere continued yesterday. Here she was arriving for a radio interview in Sydney, before then hitting the shops. And didn’t she look lovely?

According to Hello! magazine, Ms Lewis is in talks to launch a vegan fashion line. Leona-watchers among you (hands up) will know that she’s a veggie who has spoken openly about her refusal to wear leather - but now she’s rumoured to be working on her own clothing range full of ethically sourced products.

“She’s always adored animals since she was a little girl and has been a vegetarian since the age of 12,” a friend tells the mag. “The reason she doesn’t wear diamonds is because she doesn’t know how they have been sourced. It was for this reason that she is determined to set up her own ethical fashion range and sell the goods at high street prices.”
